Seriously, 14 trillion is a lot of anything.
With this comic I really try to come up with original stories and non-obvious punchlines. I want the scenarios to be understandable, if not believable.
All puns are strictly prohibited.
What this means is that I spend a fair amount of time staring into space and doodling out scenarios while my hind-brain gets into gear. Some of the stuff that comes out is a bit weird, unworkable or just doesn’t fit in with the current storyline. There are casualties.
The reason why I like these one-shot comics is that they give me a chance to work with some of the characters and ideas that would otherwise get trashed. This strip and Peabody McTeethy-Teeth are both examples of this.
So we’re back on the non-sequential strips for a bit while I work on the next story arc. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
