Onomatopoeia is buckets of fun. Hands up if you haven’t been caught doing something like this. Be honest now! Yeah. That’s what I thought.
I had to look up a lot of reference pieces for this strip. At the same time I was reading up on the coffee-making process. You know what happened? I felt a bit home-sick. I used to love making proper coffees. Grind, level, tamp,extract, froth, serve – the whole process. Mind you I don’t miss the pressure of baristashipdom. You can keep that.
For those keeping track, this is the start of a new story arc. It’s a short one, but I hope you’ll like it.
