We’ve all been there – a big day approaches and you tell yourself you need sleep you have to get to sleep and then your brain’s all like HURRR NO I WILL OVERTHINK EVERYTHING NOW and you get like five hours instead of eight and have to face the day knowing that you are going to suck at everything.
So, I’ve been rocking some awesome insomnia lately. Which means that creativity is up, but both productivity and concentration levels are down. And it’s not like I can do much about it except go to bed and lie there for several hours until my brain decides to SHUT UP AND GO TO SLEEP.
I’m going to Melbourne on the weekend for a wedding. Any suggestions on what I should do while there? Saturdays pretty full, but Sunday is wide open.
